Revitalizing Vision & Processes

I met Kris when she facilitated a retreat for an organization of which I'm also involved. The organization has had residual Covid-19 challenges and needed to take a step back to revisit the mission/vision as well as redefine and reassign almost all operational processes and procedures. I was definitely not happy about having to attend a work retreat on a Saturday, but the energy of the presenters kept me engaged. We have a second retreat in the fall, and I hope the organization chooses Kris and her team again!
